Alongside Atlanta architect T. Blake Segars, we undertook a full-scale renovation of this exquisite Tuxedo Park home. Ultimately, our goal was to bring light into the home as well as creating a more livable, family-friendly environment for our clients and their three children.
Nacoochee Place
Our clients originally purchased this home with the intention of undertaking a small-scale renovation to the existing structure. Over time, and with the guidance of our team and architect J. Ryan Duffey, the decision was made to go back to the drawing board and start from scratch. The result was an inviting, light-infused space, perfectly suited for entertaining friends as well as neighboring grandchildren.
